Corporate Banking v.s. F200 Financial Analyst v.s. Commercial Real Estate

Hey all,

I have an offer from Wells FAP, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage, and an offer from a F200 company for a financial analyst. I think the starting salaries are all pretty similar (FAP-60kish, F200-60kish, CRE-45k+19kish expected bonus) I was just wondering which choice would be the best for me if my priorities lie in salary progression, earning potential, and potential exit ops (trying to leave the door open for a MBA). Work/Life balance is also somewhat important to me and I just wanted to hear opinions on the roles.

I would pick the financial analyst role, but if you like commercial real estate, go for it.
