AM scene in Germany?
Hey everyone!
I’m researching on the German market for career opportunities and wanted to get a 360° view or at least a decent view of the AM industry in Germany. Below are my queries:
-
How is the AM industry in Germany in terms of industry growth, career growth, compensation, work-life balance, etc.?
-
How easy/tough is it to get Associate/Analyst or entry level roles (FO/BO doesn’t matter) in AM for post graduates that have completed their master’s in Germany itself?
-
Which AMs would be easy to get into for the above roles and which ones would be relatively tougher?
-
Finally, is it worth getting into AMs in Germany as a non-EU person (Indian) through master’s in Germany? I have 4.5 years of experience working for market/financial research KPOs in India but don’t have a background in finance.
Thanks in advance
