Any decent shops based in Tel Aviv?

Basically I had a blast in Israel: super nice people, amazing food, climate etc. Is there very much in the way of AM based out of there, particularly with an EM focus? And would you have to be local/Jewish or at least Hebrew speaking to have a shot?

Probably a very tall order I know, but something I've found about this business is that it offers a surprising amount of flexibility over where you can work. I've been fortunate enough to get sponsored for visas in countries where I have zero ties or language skills; I don't think this would be possible in the relationships focused world of banking.
