Asset/investment management firms in the Central Florida area
Are there any sort of investment funds, really don't care to specifically about the type, in the Central Florida area? I'm just looking for somewhere to get an entry level research associate/jr. analyst role. I've tried a few different things and haven't been able to find many. I have access to Bloomberg but I'm not sure how to search this type of thing on there. Any help is really appreciated!
The JOBS function on Bloomberg would be a place to start but the reality is that there are not many funds based out of Florida (would guess most that are based out of FL are in Miami/Ft. Laud)
Any list of good firms in the Miami area? if you can just point me in the right direction please
I'd google for lists on WSO, there have been a few threads in the past w/ some lists of names
Use Whalewisdom to screen for Miami-based funds
A lot of the firms are listed as investment advisors, is that PWM? Don't know too much about that, I assume they would have some sort of analyst working there.
It seems like there are some decent opportunities in Florida just not in the Central Florida area. Thank you!
