Fidelity quantitative roles comp/WLB?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has any information on Fidelity’s quant roles? It looks like the group is relatively new but aggressively expanding size. It’s headed by Neil Constable, a former post doc string theory researcher at MIT, so I’m sure it’s full of smart people. Specifically interested in WLB/comp and how it scales compared to fidelity’s fundamental analysts/PMs
