I am a management consultant at Accenture in the T&O Human Potential practice. I'm being considered for a Sr. Consultant role in the OT and CM. A manager referred me with the support of an MD. Can someone tell me what the interview process looks like for an experienced hire and what is the salary range for this role? The role could either be in Boston or New York. My initial interview is on Monday.
