Does MBB care if you retake GMAT after starting b-school?

I've been accepted at an MBB target school in Australia with a 660 GMAT score. Bachelor degree was in hard sciences with first class honours. Without a tonne of networking, I'm thinking my chances of an interview are slim with that GMAT score.

I'd be keen to retake GMAT between now and the recruitment period to try and boost that to 700+ if there's no stigma against when it was taken.

Thoughts?
