Exit Opportunities for Boutique Consulting?

Hi Yall,

New to WSO. Currently at a boutique firm in the research institutions and healthcare space. I am a first year analyst. I was curious to see what some exit opps would be in this case? Not doing much of strategy or the like, more so accounting and financial account reconciliation. I might want to move out of the field into a more generalist position at a different firm. Original plan out of undergrad was IB or management consulting for some context. Any tips and advice would be great!

Thanks
