Offer choice - Consulting vs Quant

I have an intern offer from Morgan Stanley on a front office quant role (London office) and a full-time offer from Deloitte Monitor (HK office).

I prefer strategy consulting over quant now, but I want to work in London. Should I accept the MS intern offer, then keep applying for jobs in London. Or should I accept Deloitte's offer, stay for a few years, and then apply to firms in the UK?

MS offers a much higher salary, and the brand name is better than Deloitte (but not sure if it's useful in consulting). But again, I don't enjoy coding and don't want to do tech/math/coding in the long term.

Has anyone switched from quant to consulting? How hard is it? Do I have to get an MBA to switch to consulting if I start with a quant job?

Any advice would be appreciated?
