Skills
Currently working at a small consulting firm, we are very top-heavy, minimal support staff. I work directly with significant clients and participate in senior-level meetings daily. I am growing skills working higher-level work (leading client calls, working on projects with the CEO) but worry it will be hard to exit without the traditional experience the more prominent firms offer.
What skills should a consulting analyst obtain in years one and two? How could I replicate that at my firm? Appreciate any advice!
