Top 3 Econ Consulting Firm in HK or Big 4 Tax Consulting (Tax Credit) in NYC

Have fortunately received a graduate offer for both firms and was wondering how to choose. I understand that they are in completely different industries and have little comparability, but I prioritize job security, exit ops, and versatility/transferability of skillsets learned. I initially favored the econ. consulting offer due to the nature of the work seeming more interesting and more exit opps into bschool or other industries, but because the location is in HK, there may be more geopoltical risk and higher risk of being cut within the first few years, the pay is also not global and is significantly lower than the US counterparts.
