he's on probation until I want to take him off...

i think after he was called out he resorted to his child-like ways and acted out for more attention.

now that it is understood he is not in iBanking, maybe everyone can take his comments with a grain of salt.

Should I let him have a second chance in a week to see if he can interact like a mature individual?

What does everyone think? i'm indifferent

I'd do this

1) 1 week ban for him to cool off, the ban is permanent if within the week you find out he made a second username to post 2) Reset his post count to 300, the last 300 posts he made were mostly crap...of course can reset it to 0 to teach him a lesson...thats up to you 3) warn him that if he repeats the drama he is banned for good. 4) implement user titles, and make his permanent with something along the lines of "I am a Junior in college" 5) take out the Ipod reward, people shouldn't be encouraged to post whore...and if you are an analyst you can afford to buy an ipod on your own.
