Any info on Eisler Capital (London)?

Interested in knowing about work culture/comp/general info on Eisler Capital if anyone knows anything.

From what it seems, they are a pretty small/new HF started mostly by ex GS heads of trading and are hiring quite quanty people to run Macro there.

Any idea on general returns/performance as well? From what it seems, there has been a bit of turnover there recently.

From what I understand it's essentially split between the main directional macro book run by Ed and also a few pods of quant macro PMs running lower risk strategies. Don't have exact return numbers but I understand that so far they've been fairly consistent but not stellar returns. Can't comment on turnover but seems to have a pretty strong brand name and they seem to be able to raise assets pretty easily on the back of it.
