I am a market timing genius

512 point drop today makes my sale of GOOG at 608 a week and a half ago even more genius. Bought $5,000 worth at 451 last July. Can someone calculate that return for me? Just be warned, it's gonna make you jelly.

For those who're still in the market...

You mad, brah?

You just scored 1,000,000 points in Guitar Hero.

Someone else finish that quote please.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

MMBinNC, I didn't throw anything at you but I think it was because you were attributing the decline to the debt ceiling being passed, which is completely nonsensical.

I meant it more as that it didn't rectify anything that would prevent what we were seeing today. Not that it caused it, but it could have prevented it, which is why I waited.

Reality hits you hard, bro...

Cool, but I have a job on Wall Street.

A job on Wall Street is last year's news. Sorry to break the news in case you've been working 90-hour weeks.

Dude, making 1700 on a trade is not a big deal at all. In addition to not being this years news, its not even news. You act like you are the first person ever to do this. 1700 is a fucking rounding error for many in finance.

looking for that pick-me-up to power through an all-nighter?
