Looking for feedback on Convertible bond thesis

Hello everyone,

I am a first year student. I enjoy doing fundamental analysis and want to work at a HF later in life.

I have formulated my first ever credit thesis and I am looking for feedback (I have done mostly Equity theses).
It's a 10 page pdf in ppt format so really easy read.

Even if you don't have much time, I'd appreciate your thoughts on the structure of the pitch.

Thank you very much

I'd be interested in reviewing too.  Somewhat for my own education since I recently reviewed terms on one offered to my buddy.  It was very bad for the company, could have been good for the investor
