England and Company ibanking vs Big 4 Structured Finance Group

For a gig that you plan on working for 2 years then leaving either to go to a BB or MBA, which will offer the best exit options? How big would be the difference between the two? (ie night and day or barely any difference). Thanks

england and company is a boutique investment bank based in washington dc

sleepyguyb, how did you find out about the ibanking job?

i know it's relatively easy to switch to an ibank from a big 4 structuring role, but you'll generally move into debt at the ibank.

i also know it's possible to move over to an ibank in a more generalist role from a boutique, but i've heard this is easier to do if you have good credentials (top school, grades, etc)

is England and Co looking to hire anymore analysts?

Is there any drawback to going into debt IBD instead of general IBD? The place I have an offer from has had structured finance people go to GS IBD after 1-2 years, though into the debt side.

I go to a non-target with solid grades, high standardized test scores.

I'm not sure if England and Co is looking to hire anymore analysts; hit them up if you want.

I'm not sure. I think the ibanking gig will pay more but will also have more hours. I'm more concerned about exit options to other firms and mba school. Pay isn't a big deal right now.
