Why would you even want to leave ($140k base btw)
They lowered the base for future analysts and bonuses are brutal again. Don’t get me started on the deferrals

Interested. They should be reported for their unethical, biased practices internally at the company. Should be checked from every level including front office and HR. Racism, sexism, ageism, bedbugs, sexual harassment, unprfessionalism. Save the people FINRA
Had an offer from them end of 2021. Clawbacks were the reason I have turned it down. Its just too much of a risk in an industry with brutal hours and cultures. Not sure if they would exercise this actually but I am sure no one from FTP can comment since they have to work 24/7.
Was it a clawback on just the signing/relocation or on something else?

at a PE fund (ignore title) with claw back on my signing bonus if i leave before my first year is up. plan on exiting soon and making those fuckers go to court. anyone hear of success with this?

Don’t waste your time, either stay and pay the price or leave and pay the price. Don’t resent the price, it is what it is just pay it and move on with your life.
