Kaplan Diploma or CA

Hi guys, I have just finished my undergrad and landed an accounting corporate finance role and am looking for advice on what I should study next (Australian context). My goal is to work my way into a boutique bank in the next couple of years.

Given I am at an accounting firm, most people are pursuing their Chartered Accountant membership, so this is an option, as long as it still provides value to a finance career?

I have also stumbled upon Kaplan’s Grad Diploma in applied finance. This looks ideal considering it’s completely online and allows specialisation in corporate finance, so the units are extremely relevant. Im not too keen on a full masters due to cost to reward ratio, and would do the diploma purely to learn more for my work. However, I am unsure of the reputation that Kaplan has.

The firm is encouraging me to do a form of extra study and are willing to cover costs. Maybe I should try and avoid any more study and focus on work?
