What tools and/or systems do you use to stay organized?
Hello All,
Early into my career as an AN1 at a MM Bank. I was just wondering what tools anyone has used as a junior banker to keep track of things. I'm talking about deadlines, tasks, processes, etc. In my personal/school life, I used Todoist mainly, but I also experimented with Notion, RemNote/Obsidian, and other such tools. While I interned though, due to the short time horizon, I stuck to OneNote and a Yellow Pad. While it was effective for 10 weeks, I'm doubtful of its viability for a 2-year analyst stint (maybe longer).
My question is, what is your personal process/system like as a junior banker to manage information and task-flow? Have you created your own systems within the workplace to stay on top of things and archive things? Do you keep it simple with a notepad? Either way, it would be helpful if you shared any methods you've developed.

Random to-dos in my outlook drafts
I use my Outlook mailbox as a to do list by flagging mails when I need to do something that I can't finish immediately. Only unflag that thing when it is 100% finshed
