Netsmart Process
HealthTech / HCIT business with $250m in EBITDA. GS and WB advising on sell-side. First round bids were due last week but apparently they came in very low and TA Associates and GI Partners are considering scrapping the process.
Any have more specific / definite intel? (Either on bidders who have progressed to second round—I only know one—or overall process status).
Commenting to follow. Not involved with process but know from a while back that the company was growing organically ~LSD. Not sure how much margin there is left to squeeze following multiple PE holds.
