I cold emailed the hiring manager after applying for a role on his team. He responded a couple days later telling me that he already filled the role but is open to speaking to me.
I’m supposed to talk to him in 3 days but I’m wondering how I should be preparing for this call/ how I should perceive this call with him?
This is for a mid-level research role on the sell-side.
