subpar reputation... concern?
i will be interviewing with a group with a sort of subpar reputation (think publicly traded, unprofitable for the past few years, has reinvented its business model a few times, and was investigated for some shady stuff by spitzer- although the investigation ended up being nothing).
but its interesting material: m&a, restructuring, etc.
so i was wondering if that would be a bad thing for my resume. bc i can see why it would be but at the same time - if i get the position im gonna be an intern so it wont be like i was at the helm of a burning ship, and i think i'd learn a lot. so im trying to weigh these two things.
any thoughts?
much appreciated, thanks.
What bank wasn't investigated by Spitzer? That should almost be a badge of honor.
care to share the name?
its not a bank its more of a specialty shop.
but i'd prefer not to share the name (for obvious reasons).
