What to do if you sense you're under-performing / first to go upon a layoff?
Just curious, my team is hiring and I am hopefully insulated from layoffs, but if one does begin to suspect that or hear about rumored layoffs, what should they do?

Thanks for the response. I think my worry is that, there's all these layoffs happening, so there's just going to be so many people applying to positions, I feel so stuck.
