Advice for Upcoming IB Recruiting Cycle

Hello everyone,

I am a sophomore at a target undergrad business school (Wharton, Stern, Ross). I was wondering how I would look as a 2025 summer IB analyst job candidate for this upcoming recruiting cycle. I am planning on having a 3.6 GPA by the time recruiting starts, I'm a diversity candidate, I just finished up a summer internship at a relatively well-known WM firm and I also completed an IB boutique internship my freshman spring. What advice would you have for a candidate like me looking into breaking into investment banking, and what steps do you think I should take this fall, and this spring, in order to succeed?
