Comp for HH
There is limited information about becoming a headhunter on this site. Anybody know comp for some of the reputable or bigger HHs (Let’s say DSP, SearchOne, etc)?
I might be alone in this but I kind of like talking to headhunters and imagine I would like it from the other side in terms of talking with interesting people doing interesting work and establishing relationships with top funds. I see that many of them come from Equity Sales roles, so that may be the common path?
