Do I have to include the new school im transferring into on my resume even though I haven't attended it yet?

Hey guys,

So I am in a very opposite position as most transfers. I transferred from a semi-target to a non-target one month ago because I realized I wanted to do SDE more in the future. I am a rising junior. However, I networked pretty heavily in IB before I transferred, so I still wanted to give it a shot for next summer. I have submitted my resumes for BBs and I didn't state my new institution because it is a non-target and I have no alums there. I am wondering if that's okay because literally adding the new institution is a line with 0 new information as I haven't attended and have no GPA and ECs.
