In House Corporate Strategy

Hi everyone,

I have a bit of a strange questions here. Is it possible to go directly into in-house corporate strategy from undergrad in London? I’ll explain, I am currently studying a management undergrad at a top uk business school (top 5) I am doing a year in industry in a large German tech company (top 10 biggest in Germany) in the corporate strategy department, with focus on macroeconomic research and competitor analysis. I think this experience will be really helpful and I’d love to go into in-house corporate strategy when I graduate, but it seems that this is a post MBA type thing? Would it be possible to go directly into corporate strategy? I imagine if not I’d have to go consulting route but my profile isn’t strong enough for MBB so unsure as to where I should be applying when I graduate. If you could give me some pointers on where I should be applying when I graduate if I’m aiming towards a strategy role as soon as possible. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
