In Person Networking in NYC

Background first: I just moved to NYC for a few months after completing my bachelors in Germany. I have some IB experience, and have an internship lined up back home once I return from nyc in June. I have a few soccer appointments here but other than that I’m just trying to get to know people working in IB, learning about their experiences and differences compared to back home and to connect on a casual but fun basis. Basically asking for advice, also because of the culture differences - where to meet people, how to approach without being cringe or disturbing/disrespectful and how is it „supposed“ to be done in the US?

Any advice appreciated 🤞🏻
