MM IB vs BB S&T SA 2025

Hi everyone!
Currently weighing two offers. One is IBD at an upper MM (RBC/WF/HL/Baird) and the other is an S&T Trading Role at a upper BB (GS/MS/JPM). I don't know my group placement for IB, but I know I would be a trader for S&T.
I love the markets and follow them daily but also recogize the opportunities that come with IBD. I'm not completely sure what I would like to do 10 years down the path, but I'm interested in QT and VC. Both are the same city, and I would be happy doing the work for both roles. Money is not important to me at the junior level.

Was curious what WSO was thinking.
