I have a friend that is a first-year analyst looking to lateral with offers from Centerview Palo Alto, MS Menlo Park, and GS SF TMT. I am curious, how you all would rank these opportunities as they seem interested in going into Corp Dev / Strategy in tech later on or staying in banking.
