Re-joining finance - anyone have advice?
I left investment banking after a year on the job due to medical emergencies in my family. With everything going on, I worked on a side company I plan on building out in a few years. Now, I am looking to re-enter finance (probably not IB). I was wondering if anyone has tips on how to network? Should I talk to normal bankers (e.g., is it more streamlined than the summer internship recruiting). Or connect directly with HR?
