Resume Help..

Hey guys & gals!

I recently have my resume up on a few career sites, and I get a lot of calls from employers asking me to be a sales manager, mortgage specialist, or a financial advisor. I've no desire to be any of those things, so I'm guessing my resume is more geared towards sales., because this is what 60% of my work experience is in (worked retail while in school). Since Customer Service blows big donkey balls, I think I have to redesign it to gear it more towards I-Banking to have those recruiters and employers look at it.

So, I'm redesigning my resume to focus it towards a position as an entry-level analyst. I have a few questions for you guys:

Exactly what information should I put on it? Like specific keywords I should use

What qualifications do recruiters look for? (preferrably for entry level positions)

I currently work in retail doing what any other hard working retail sales associate does. How can I describe what I do there to help increase the chances of my resume being selected by recruiters and employers?

Any other things that I might've overlooked, that you guys think might help my chances would also be great.

Thanks in advance!

You can't get much help since people actually need to see your resume. If you want to have someone take a thorough look at it why not go to your career services office and ask them to help. You can also post it on doostang for to get it critique. People do it all the time.
