Should I quit?

I am currently working as an analyst (acquisitions and AM) at an LP shop investing in real estate development deals on the east coast. I switched careers and have 6 months of FT experience, my current role, and 9 months of experience part time at a owner/operator. I took my role hoping to get experience underwriting new investments, however, after I got my current role we have only underwritten two deals since I started and are unlikely to close on them as it takes 4 months to get committee approval. I get paid well but I am worried I need more deal experience to land a solid role in the future.

Is it too soon to look for another job and quit with less than a year at my current shop?

TL:DR I have no deal flow in my first job, should I quit 6 months in for a better role?
