Urgent Question About Background Checks

I accepted a sa position recently but I am worried about the background check. I did an unpaid internship training program that has like 200 people. There was very little face to face interaction and I never submitted the final deliverable for the internship because of interviews. If they background check this would I be ok? Technically I did work there and have the proof I was in the program.
