Interning at a services firm this summer. My CEO is Indian and went to the same school and area from the UK as me.
I really want to make him my mentor.Been trying to build a relationship over the last few weeks of my internship.
He mentioned his favourite book and author. I was thinking of buying him a signed book as a gift .
Can you guys give your opinion on if this is weird? And if not what would be the best way to stage this
