Muscle Prestige Rankings

1A: Shoulders, Chest, Quads
(most aesthetic muscles, highest level of prestige amongst muscle groups)
1B: Abdominals
(very aesthetic and prestigious but controversial since many people have bad genetics for abs)
2A: Back, Triceps, Rear Delts
(very prestigious, but other muscles above look better)
2B: Biceps, Hamstrings
(solid muscles, but other muscles above look better. Ex, triceps > biceps, quads > hamstrings)
3: Glutes
(for men this ranks at 3 and is not very prestigious compared to other muscles, unless your gay I guess. But for women this is 1A, its the Goldman Sachs equivalent for women)
4: Calves
(shout out former fatties with nice calves, but calves are overrated and not prestigious)

1). Traps, Glutes

2). Chest, Triceps, Quads, Forearms

3). Abs, Hammies, Calves

Oh man good question. In terms of getting chicks or sports? Quads are worthless for the first unless you have great shorts game, but one of most critical for any athletic competition.

In terms of pure aesthetics, if you had to prioritize:

Top Tier. Shoulders , Chest, Lats (sleeper). Aka the 3 you need to v-taper. If both your chest and your shoulders are bigger than your waist then you will look good in almost any outfit. Lats round this out, and is something people notice - but you have to have the other two first so would rank it below shoulders/chest for sure. The ideal athletic physique in terms of aesthics is the swimmer build, that is crushing these 3

Second tier - biceps and triceps. Glamor muscles, but still the default muscle people look at when sizing someone up. Arms used to be sole focus for the 90s lifters but has taken a back seat, still important to fill out the sleeves of whatever shirt you are wearing

Third tier - back, abdominals - These really arent that visible 90% of the time. Strong back = broad, good posture, can add a perceived inch of height. Tall = pretigious. Abs are overrated, they only get shown off during summer at the pool, beach, on a boat, etc. while the other muscles are shown off every day. If its coming back from a bar and she is seeing them then doesnt matter you are going to bang it out either way

Bottom tier - hamstrings, quads, glutes - Before you people start crying, this is pure aesthetics only. Long pants can cover these up. But for sports and overall strength, wellness then these would obviously be much much higher

Agreed; V-taper is everything.

Legs are not important for aesthetics but there's some indication that training legs gives whole-body muscle growth benefits so might as well work them into the routine
