Opening Your Own Business

For those who enjoy finance and also are considering entrepreneurship, what's stopping you from opening your own business dealing with financial services? If so, what type of services would you offer to stay competitive?

I enjoy entrepreneurship and I'm considering opening a small busines of legal and financial services, but when I want to read something about entrepreneruship is the same Gary or Zero to One vibes meanwhile I'm interested in more conservative services.

So, I want to listen views about entrepeneurship on more conservative paths such as financial services. Why you don't open your own thing and do what you enjoy professionally (in case you enjoy finance)?Maybe the pay would not be as great but the pleasure of working daily thinking that you grew up your firm by 0,05% it's way better than working daily to maintain a corporate status quo.

To stretch it even more, let's say that in US there is already a ton of firms offering financial services, supposing that maybe you know another language beside english, why not try in another country to open such business (e.g. Brazil, Offshore Islands, European countries, Asian countries) where your experience in US would be highly appreciated and more valued compared to local firms?
