Does anyone know if Wells Fargo provides some type of one time payment when new analyst are hired through their new analyst program? I’m in NY and applied for a Dallas position. Wondering how I would even make that move. I know some other large banks give new analyst hires 5k-10k one time payments but I can’t find anything online for WF. Any input is appreciated.

They pay the same $10k signing bonus/relocation for IB as anyone else. Not sure if that number applies to all new grad roles (don't see why it wouldn't) but I've never heard of a first job right out of undergrad in IB, corporate finance etc not giving a signing bonus. They know you will have moving expenses as a new grad. I would confirm with the recruiter if/when you get an offer but it's standard.
