Post Development/Rotational Program Salary

So I have offers from several large banks (BofA, Wells Fargo, JPM) for their development/rotational programs. The roles are to be paid on an hourly basis but equal to around 70-75k/yr. What is the industry standard for salary after completing these programs? Do candidates usually get a bump upon conversion or is the salary relatively the same unless I proactively ask for an increase?

Also, I'll be considered an analyst while partaking in these programs. Can I expect to be bumped to associate afterwards?
