Best MF Work Perks

Hey Guys, the end of my 2 years as an analyst is coming up and I find myself thinking more and more about what's coming down the pipe. One thing I've always heard is "the lifestyle will get better in PE" yet people don't say hours are necessarily any better, which makes me think perks and clearly comp plays a major part in things.

Curious to know if there's any cherry on the cake perks that you find rewarding to look forward to. To give an example, had a coffee with a future coworker the other day and he mentioned that similar to consultants they get to keep all their travel points for personal use and he uses it every year to take his GF out on a nice vacation.

MFs generally have relaxed expense policies, no caps on dinner within reason, first class flights, nice hotels if available, good profit sharing if private, good benefits, etc. Not sure what else you’re looking for here.
