While I don't see much value in the Princeton Review class, the class schedule and manual that they provide is pretty helpful. It provides a good curriculum and timeline. The schedule will tell you what to study and when (obviously), and the class manual explains how to approach the different exercises. Then, in addition you should have the official guide, which is just exercises without any solid explanation. The schedule will assign exercises from the official guide and the class manual.

I haven't been able to find the class manual aside from signing up for the class, but I haven't very hard since I have one from taking the class.

Just my two cents...

just to toss in my 2 cents as well.

i used to teach from the princeton review for the sat, but the system works pretty much the same for the gmat. instructors are paid $18 an hour with a $3-5 boost for certain subjects like gmat. anyways, a significant number of the instructors have never taken the test they are taught, at least in the office i worked at (which happens to be one of the largest in the nation...) you are basically "trained" to memorize and read off this instructor's guide.

one of the instructors for the SAT was "cross-trained" for the gmat, and is now a gmat instructor there. he boosts in private that he is able to teach college grads without having a college degree himself.

go figure.
