High-level insights on Secondaries as a career path?

-What is the function of this division?

-What are you doing on the job ? Does it differ per shop/coverage ?

-Comp? (if anyone is comfortable sharing)

-General pros and cons

I'm looking to make a go-to  thread for information on secondaries, newly becoming hot and not much info on WSO to my understanding. I specified 'high-level' since id like to get info here thats beyond a quick google search. Thanks for reading.

bits and pieces of info in each one, not 1 of these threads will leave you with a better understanding, especially compared to other industries. can always google it but no better info than from actual professionals.

If im missing something pls lmk, just wanna learn

I would keep reading on here. I know for a fact that there’s some very detailed threads on here… especially since I’ve contributed to a lot of them.
