Good returns. Dive quite deep into their respective verticals for years. Super New England, waspy culture. Trying to diversify away from it. Long hours, rigid culture. Personally the culture was a pass for me when recruiting, but know there is a good learning to be had there as a junior.

Current undergrad who interviewed for an analyst seat, not a lateral/sell-side to buy-side transfer hire.

Could not have been easier (not sure if this is a good sign or bad sign), all hypothetical behaviorals, why PE, why us, etc., and 1 total layup technical  that got thrown in at the end which I don't remember (think 'explain 3 statements', 'how does $10 dep. flow'). I was honestly was disappointed bc there is no way they could realistically screen candidates based on this but what do I know. My paranoia tells me this was because they weren't seriously considering me as a candidate to begin with but who knows.

Good to hear we're all on the same boat. I even sent a follow-up email a few days after and got nothing back. Someone on this thread said they've already done their second round with them so guess that's it.
