Pros and cons of an investment (interview prompt)?

What are common pros and cons (risks) associated with transactions?

For example, pros I’ve seen include: strong cash flow margin profile, long-term contracts, sticky customer relations

… all of which suggest the company is capable of supporting debt

Cons might include: historical grow is largely due to M&A activity, market headwinds, lack of diversification.

Does anyone else have any common pros / cons to guide my discussion in an interview? Particularly interested in Healthcare and TMT (tech part)
