Top Dallas buyout PE non OG
I know the city is primarily REPE, but what are the top buyout shops? Ideally, not OG but instead industrial heavy. Are any MF looking at opening offices in Dallas? Or moving teams over?

Career Resources
Probably Trive Capital. Just raised a new fund. Very sweaty tho and TC of 250k which is below what the general top funds in TX pay.
Did they raise the full 2.5 billion? Or bit the cap of 2.8?
Gauge Capital. But also very sweaty and underpay
Any idea on Associate pay?
What’s pay at Gauge?
What are these dallas funds paying A1s?
Honestly, Dallas PE is mostly sweaty and underpaid. Don't know why.
- Sincerely, a former Dallas PE associate
Which Fund would you say is the best?
Trive, Kainos, Gauge, Princeton, Arctos, Trinity Hunt all legit
Seconding this point.
t. Live in Dallas and have parent connections to the PE space
