Anybody know Wolfe Investments / Kenny Wolfe?
Hello all - Looks like Wolfe Investments is another syndicator that has a portfolio of properties under a lot of heat. Real Deal just posted an article regarding their recent short sale of an office building in Downtown Dallas. Curious if anyone has experience with them or has seen their deals out in the market!
