Hypothetical Question: You Have 3 Offers From Brokerage, Asset Management, or REPE - Which do you choose?

For any veterans out there or those that are early in their careers, if you could go back in time as a fresh grad out of college, what path would you take? I know everyone has different personalities and skills that pair up better with these career paths but I'm curious to hear what you all think.

  1. Analyst at a top REPE working on acquisitions
  2. Analyst working at a top tier AUM Asset Management firm
  3. Analyst working for top Multifamily Brokerage team in a major market
  4. Analyst somewhere else? Any other career paths?

depends on what your end goal is but being an analyst at a top repe firm will open up doors. if you hate it, you can exit into brokerage but doing is the other way around it much harder.
