Is Analyst/Associate pay coming down across the board?

I've been looking at and browsing jobs since early last year and have noticed that the posted salary for a lot of the roles (I've primarily been looking at Analyst/Associate positions) have been dropping across the board. From big companies like Blackstone, JP Morgan, Related, to smaller companies, I was seeing $120-130k range last year, compared to $90-110k this year. Not to mention last year there were a lot more hybrid positions compared to this year many positions are now fully in-office.

Not asking this question to complain whatsoever, but more to make sure that it's not just me who's noticing this trend.

If you can comment below your experience with this, we would all appreciate it. Thanks!
