Criticize my Resume as you like

Hello WSO

Here is my resume to criticize as you like and any advice to become a better candidate will be welcome. I am originally from Puerto Rico and recently move to Atlanta because me girlfriend got a nice job offer. I graduated from mechanical engineering magna cum laude but I dont want to be an engineer. At the moment I am working some hours as a Math Tutor and considering working in Starbucks. In that way I can improve my english and be considered for instate tuition at Georgia Tech and participate in the Quantitative and Computational Finance. Recently I pass the first test of the CFA program. Currently I am studying for the EIT and the CFA II. Any advice on how to build my resume to finally get into finance. I am not looking for GS ST just get my foot in the industry even if I need to start from the bottom in operations or as a teller. Thank you in advance for your advice.
