Past tense on resumes?
Long time reader, first time poster -
I recall seeing a ways back that not using past tense on a resume regarding a position you currently hold is a red flag/mistake. Does this statement hold water? Curious as to reasoning if so.
I think you're over-thinking it. I personally think it makes sense to do past tense for prior roles, present tense for explaining your current responsibilities, and past tense for commentary around closed deals/projects/activities (at your current role).
